The Madonna della Bocciola Sanctuary is located in Vacciago of Ameno, on a large terrace overlooking the lake and the Orta promontory. It is certainly worth a visit for the beauty and richness of its interior decorations, frescoes, stuccos and precious marbles, all in a strictly neoclassical style.
